We understand that it is unpleasant if the item you received doesn't meet your satisfaction. If our products arrive damaged or appear defects within 99 days of regular use from the day of delivery, contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we are willing to redo your items or issue a refund. Understandably, before shipping, you can get a 70% refund after deducting a series of production and processing costs. After shipping, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Defective/Damaged Items Return/Redo:
Please email us to begin the return. Clear photo/video evidence of the issue and the issue description are required.
A refund or redo of your purchase will be processed within 48 hours.
For all other cases, Return Service Procedure:
1. For the items that need to be returned to us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Please send us your return request within 99 days of the delivery date.
3. Be sure to inform the reason for the return in your email and indicate the details for a refund.
4. Use the Upload File button to provide images of damaged or defective products.
Notes on Refunds
1. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.
2. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account after it has been issued.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items.
