They embroidered the face like I asked and even gave him an actual unzippable zipper for his hoodie, Skeet’s hoodie is the most important part of his design to me and they listened to my description! I am going to write a very truthful review.
I sent in my artwork and paid the amount that I needed to pay in order to get one of these made for me. I got a confirmation email and then a few weeks later I received an email saying that my plushie was done and they were sending it.
I did not receive any emails in between showing me progress, which is something I would expect especially for the price paid for the plushie.
Upon seeing the assembled plushie, I had commented that the design of the tail was incorrect and expressed my disappointment in not being given an update on it while it was being built. We discovered it was a communication error.
We went over a few things and clarified some information and about a week later I got another email with the finished product which was up to my standards.
I am very very happy with the finished plushie, it's actually pretty adorable and they did a pretty good job using the reference sheet to create this.
The only criticism that I will offer is that there should always be a point in production where you touch base with your customer to ensure that they are happy with what has been made before it goes to assembly, that way any small issues can be ironed out. This is generally a common practice when buying digital art, or even physical art from artists.

The workers were so nice and transparent. I was very specific about what I wanted and they did just that. They communicated with me kindly and were very patient while we spoke.
