Can I add text to my plush?
Why not! If you can’t include the text on your drawings, just add a little note in the description. We recommend keeping the text short and sweet (under 20 characters is best) so that the words are readable.
Do you offer different sizing options?
We offer standard sizing of 16"(40CM) and 30"(80CM). If you want to do extra larger or smaller sizes, we can also customize it for you. Please tell us the size you want, and we will let you know about pricing.
What is my plushie made from?
All materials come from quality manufacturers. Fillings are 100% PP cotton (polypropylene), and the shell is super-soft, huggable plush. We may use other fabrics if specifically requested or if we feel there are better options for your design. We never use small or removable parts when plushies are created for small kids. If your design indicates details like these, we’ll reach out to confirm the recipient’s age. Your safety always comes first!
How can I be sure I’ll get the result I want?
We carefully clarify every detail of your artwork before making your plush. We’ll discuss the design with the team over a cup of hot cocoa, and if we have concerns or are unsure about anything, we’ll reach out to you directly.
After your plush is produced, we’ll send preview photos so you can see the finished plush and be able to request changes if needed. Promise—we won’t ship your plushie without your approval! However, if we do not hear back within three days, we will assume your plush is good to go.
My artwork is very abstract. Would it work?
When we first started on this incredible journey, we were amazed at some of the crazy artwork people wanted made into a plush. But you know what? YOU would be amazed at what we’ve produced from some of those drawings! The more original the artwork, the more unique the result—so we say, “bring it on!” We are dreamers too, and there’s nothing more fun than getting inside someone else’s head!
