Turnaround Time
This is the time frame from when we receive your artwork to when you receive the package. The timeline may extend in two cases: 1) Your order needs a large scope of modifications during the plush preview stage; 2) Design confirmation by customers is not completed within a week for regular orders, or within two days for expedite orders.
The expedite fee will be returned if the expedite queue is full.
