Each order includes:

• One plush doll based on the picture book character
• One designed outfit matching the character style

Additional items such as props, magical items, or themed accessories can be added with extra fees depending on complexity.

• Every piece is handmade and uniquely yours.

• Before shipping, we’ll share photos of your finished plushie for your approval.

• If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to make minor adjustments based on your original design.

• The final product may be affected by craftsmanship, materials, and design complexity, there may be reasonable differences between the final product and the original design.

• In rare cases where there is a clear quality issue or a significant deviation from the design, we’ll gladly offer a remake or refund to make things right.

1.Shipping Time

We now offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (Cost: $14.99)

Time:9-11 business days to US, UK, FR, DE, NZ, CA, 15-18 business days to other countries.

• Urgent Shipping (Cost: $39.00)

Time: 3-5 business days to the UK, 4-5 business days to other countries.

2.Production Time

Every plushie is handmade with care, and take 1-3 weeks to make.

3.Turnaround Time
