Is Worry-Free Delivery Protection Required?

No — Worry-Free Delivery Protection is completely optional.

You can choose whether or not to add protection coverage during checkout.

If you do not wish to purchase Worry-Free Delivery Pr otection , simply turn off the option before completing your order.

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery protection with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Delivery purchase via email. Within this email, you can self-service cancel the Worry-Free Delivery within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, Worry-Free Delivery is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.

Delay The packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment. Report an issue within 10 days of delivery
Loss Lost during transit Report an issue within 30 days after the order fulfillment date
Theft Report an issue within 7 days of delivery
Damage The item(s) are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items. Report an issue within 7 days of delivery


How to File a Claim

After purchasing Worry-Free Delivery Protection services, consumers can visit the Seel Resolution Center to initiate the request.

 

Contact the Worry-Free Delivery Protection Service Team

  • Visit the Seel Resolution Center and enter your Email address and Protection ID.
  • Email Confirmation: After purchasing Worry-Free Delivery Protection Services, you will receives an email with the coverage details, as well as instructions on how to report an issue.

When will I receive my Worry-Free Delivery payout?

If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:

  • Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
  • PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
  • Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
