The plushies we make for children comply with safety standards and regulations. Security considerations begin at the earliest design stages. During production, we work with accredited laboratories to carry out independent safety testing of toys according to safety standards and regulations.
Mechanical hazards: Plushies are subjected to drop tests, push/pull tests, choking/suffocation tests, and sharpness and puncture tests.
Chemical/toxicological hazards, including soluble heavy metals: tests are run on the Plushies materials and their surface coatings to check for harmful substances like lead, mercury, and phthalates.
Packaging & labeling: Plushies packaging and labels are verified to ensure they meet all guidelines and include all required elements. Labels are printed using Soy ink instead of dye as a standard.
(1) Fabric and Material - Surface fabric and plush animal "coat"
Plush fabrics have a variety of options, including artificial polyester fur, nylon, felt, cotton and other natural fibers, knits, blends, and specialty fabrics. iDooodle will match the corresponding fabric according to your creative design. If you have special requirements for fabric, you can make notes when placing an order or contact our customer service after placing an order.
warm reminder:The fabric material can be customized in combination with the color.
(2) Stuffing
In order to fill the plush, we usually use polypropylene cotton as the standard stuffing material, but we can also provide different filling materials, such as plastic particles, cotton, and synthetic fibers. Our "Action Plush" structure also includes a metal wire frame that allows plush toys to pose, bend, and flex.
(3) Seams and Positions
Sewing fabric parts and components together is necessary for plush toy construction. However, seams must be planned and considered before prototyping begins to ensure that they do not affect the final design.
(4) Eyes
We can use various methods and materials to make eyes, including embroidery, screen printing, transfer stickers, buttons with unique painted designs, and custom-made eyes using plastic, soft ceramics, wood, or metal components. Embroidery is generally preferred, and specific matching will be based on your drawings or supplemental opinions.
(5) Plush Toy Label
All plush toys come with woven labels sewn into the seams, providing branding opportunities and regulatory information. These labels are typically located on the back, bottom, or legs of plush characters.
(6) Gift Packaging
We value environmental protection and provide reusable packaging. Therefore, we use cotton and linen drawstring fabric bags for packaging. It can not only protect the doll from dust but also be used for storage of other items. You can wash it and use it many times.
At iDooodle, we build for the best but we also plan for the worst. While we've never had a serious product issue, we've made safety a top priority and have contingency plans in place. If our plushies are defective, we will replace them or refund your money for free. If a toy poses a risk to our customers, we will initiate a product recall program and work with relevant agencies to ensure customer safety. We value happiness and health over profit.
